This is the third volume in the series of Bibliographical Handbooks published in association with the Conference on British Studies. It contains 2,500 entries broadly representative of all aspects of the history of Victorian England, except literature per se. Emphasis has been placed on the most scholarly and up-to-date publications. The bibliography will serve as a useful handbook for advanced students, research workers and teachers.
